Presently (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Presently mobile application (the “App”) and the website at https://www.presently-app.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

2.1 Account Information

When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier and, optionally, your name and email address. We do not receive or store your Apple ID password.

2.2 Screen Time Data

The App uses Apple's DeviceActivity and Screen Time frameworks. Screen time data is processed locally on your device. We do not transmit individual app usage data to our servers.

2.3 App Usage

We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics to improve the App, such as feature usage frequency and crash reports. This data cannot be used to identify you.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality
• To sync your preferences across devices using your account
• To process subscription payments via Apple's In-App Purchase system
• To improve the App through aggregated, anonymous analytics

4. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Screen time data stays on your device and is never sent to external servers. Subscription management is handled entirely through Apple's systems.

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple Sign In — for secure authentication
• RevenueCat — for subscription management (processes only anonymous subscriber IDs)
• Supabase — for secure data storage and authentication

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of anonymous analytics
• Export your data

8. Data Retention
